My experience with Coach Bivona was AMAZING. Within three months I went from 132 lbs to 148 lbs. Coach Bivona had me eat a set number calories. Explained when I needed more protein, carbs and/or fat. The results was phenomenal. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Acusio as an individualized physical trainer. He is very patient, positive and encouraging throughout the workouts. The workouts are very structured based on the individual goals and current status for that day given day of training. After spending the last few months training under his guidance, I can honestly say that I do not feel like a deer in head lights when it comes to strength training in a gym. I cannot recommend hiring him enough to anyone that wants to get toned and fit.

I’ve been training with Cooz for almost 2+ years now and I can genuinely say I have never been stronger and more diligent about my physical health in all my life. We set goals (even fun ones like deadlifting 200+lbs in rhinestoned gogo boots!!) and exceed them. He takes into account your medical history as well as future goals and meets you at where you currently are. Every plan he makes is achievable and you see results. Plus he won’t let you make excuses and pushes you to be better for yourself over anything else. He’s a great trainer and makes working out at 6 am something to look forward to (a sentence I would never thought I’d ever say in my life). Couldn’t recommend Cooz more!

Acusio is hands down the best trainer I have ever had. He is so incredibly supportive, and encouraging throughout every session. I was dealing with hypothyroidism and thyroid cancer when I met him and was nervous to get back into a gym and honestly pretty frustrated with the state of my health but he made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. He will explain everything to you about each exercise and even make you laugh along the way! He focuses on your strengths and pushes you to become better. My health issues didn’t stop him from coming up with solid programming to help me gain strength back. Thanks to him I now lift heavier, have more knowledge, and feel so much more confident being back in the gym.

Acusio helped me achieved my goal and along the way not only did he train me, but he also taught me muscle groups and how they work. Most trainers make you do exercises without you knowing why, but Acusio tells you why you’re doing a workout, what muscle group it targets and why it’s beneficial to work the specified group. He’s a great trainer who helps people accomplish their goals from athletes to people who have barely lifted weights, he treats everyone the same way and everyone makes amazing progress. I would recommend him to others, as many people have recommended him to ensure his credibility. I only have him and my determination to thank for helping me come this far.
